Job Summary and Qualifications

As a member of the Lift Team at our facility you will be joining a hard-working, compassionate team of caregivers. We value every member of our team and consider ourselves a family. We are looking for someone who feels patient care is as meaningful as we do. In this role: 


  • You will provide lift services in direct support of the quality care experience for our patients. 


  • You may be asked to assist in maintenance of a safe, clean, and age appropriate environment under the direction and supervision of the nurse. 


  • You will assist in making sure that patient’s rooms are ready for new admits.  


  • You will follow patient and employee safety/security policies and protocols, including hand hygiene, use of universal precautions, use of personal protective equipment, and adherence to isolation procedures.  


What qualifications you will need:
  • State of Alaska Certified Nursing Assistant Certification preferred. 


  • Prefer 6 months of C.N.A. experience in an acute care setting. 


  • American Red Cross or American Heart Association Basic Life Support Course (BLS or BCLS) and Certification.
