Everything CPAP is Idaho's premier sleep-focused DME provider, specializing exclusively in sleep apnea treatment and PAP therapy. For more than a decade, we've helped thousands of patients successfully start and maintain life-changing sleep therapy.

We are seeking a compassionate, motivated, and patient-focused PAP Clinician to join our growing team.

This position is ideal for a Respiratory Therapist or Sleep Technologist, who enjoys building relationships with patients and wants to escape the stress of hospital shifts, nights, weekends.

What You'll Do:
As a PAP Clinician, you'll serve as a coach, educator, and advocate for patients beginning or continuing sleep apnea therapy.

Responsibilities include:
  • Conduct PAP setup appointments and educate patients on their equipment.
  • Review sleep study results and physician recommendations with patients.
  • Troubleshoot PAP equipment, masks, and therapy challenges.
  • Monitor compliance and therapy effectiveness.
  • Perform follow-up appointments to improve patient success and adherence.
  • Document patient interactions in our electronic medical record system.
  • Collaborate with physicians, sleep labs, and referral partners.
  • Assist patients with insurance, billing, and supply questions.
  • Promote outstanding customer service during every patient interaction.
  • Support company initiatives focused on improving patient outcomes.
  • Participate in on-call rotation every 6 weeks.

  • Maintains current Idaho State and National Licensure. (RRT, CRT, or RPSGT).

Preferred Qualifications:
One or more of the following:
  • CRT or RRT credential.
  • RPSGT, CPSGT, or RST credential.
  • Previous PAP, Sleep Medicine, or DME experience.
  • Customer service experience in a healthcare setting.
