Kitchen Clerk - Overnight Shift (10pm-6:30am)


The Overnight Kitchen Clerk is a newly introduced position that supports kitchen operations during overnight hours by assisting with food preparation, packaging, and stocking for the following day. This individual will work closely with the Kitchen Manager and Grab & Go team to ensure products meet quality, safety, and presentation standards, maintain a clean and organized work area, and help set up a smooth and successful morning shift. Ideal candidates are reliable, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, overnight environment.

What You’ll Be Cooking Up
  1. Follow prep lists from our chefs and help set up your workstation each day
  2. Wash, chop, slice, and dice veggies, and other ingredients with care.
  3. Measure and mix ingredients to prepare sides, sauces, and simple dishes like salads and entrees.
  4. Handle basic cooking tasks like reducing sauces, parboiling, and assembling dishes.
  5. Keep the kitchen sparkling—wash dishes, sanitize surfaces, take out trash, and stay organized.
  6. Stock and label ingredients so everything is easy to find and ready to go.
  7. Follow nutrition, sanitation, and safety guidelines while having fun with your team.
  8. Jump in with other kitchen tasks as needed.
Who We’re Looking For
  1. 18+ years old with at least 1 year of experience in a busy, fast-paced kitchen.
  2. Knowledgeable about health and safety rules in a kitchen environment.
  3. Comfortable using kitchen tools and utensils with skill and confidence.
  4. A team player with strong communication skills and a positive attitude.
  5. Able to work efficiently, stay organized, and thrive in a busy environment.
  6. Must be able to work the overnight shift of 10pm-6:30am
