Job description

Feed the Line. Own the Close.

The night kitchen crew keeps this operation running after dark. You'll be on the line cooking and feeding product, staying on top of dishes, and closing down the kitchen the right way every night. Guests come first - your secondary tasks wait until the line is covered. This is a team environment and we expect everyone to carry their weight.

This role has a direct path into a Kitchen Lead position for crew members who demonstrate skill and consistency. Cross-training across other areas of the store is available to anyone who wants to build toward more. We're hiring for the kitchen right now - but we don't keep good people boxed in.

Competitive pay. Consistent night schedule. A crew that depends on you - and has your back.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

-Cook and feed product to the line throughout the shift - keeping up with demand is the priority

-Stay on top of dishes so the kitchen keeps moving without bottlenecks

-Complete your assigned closing job after service - kitchen clean, equipment shut down, station reset

-Guests and the line come first - secondary tasks follow

-Communicate product levels and any issues clearly with the manager on duty

-Work with the night team to close the restaurant to standard every shift

-Follow all food safety, sanitation, and safety procedures - no shortcuts

GROWTH & CROSS-TRAINING

-Consistent kitchen performance leads directly to a Kitchen Lead opportunity

-Cross-train in prep, front counter, and drive-thru to expand your role over time
