As an Overnight Caregiver, you'll play a vital role in providing compassionate, attentive care during the hours when clients need reassurance, comfort, and support the most. Your presence helps ensure a safe, peaceful environment while promoting each client's dignity, independence, and overall well-being.
Overnight Caregiver Schedule (include but not limited to):
Overnight Caregiver Responsibilities:
Provide overnight supervision and ensure client safety.
Assist with mobility, transfers, and repositioning.
Help with toileting, bathing, dressing, and personal hygiene as needed.
Administer medications according to the care plan (when authorized).
Monitor vital signs or health changes if required.
Prepare light meals, snacks, or beverages.
Perform light housekeeping related to client care.
Offer companionship and emotional support.
Keep accurate records of care and report concerns promptly.
Respond calmly and effectively to emergencies.
Overnight Caregiver Requirements:
Passion for nursing, caregiving, seniors/adults with disabilities
A valid driver’s license and auto insurance
Ability to pass a drug screen test
Ability to pass a background check
