Join the D&R Professional Cleaning Team!

D&R Professional Cleaning is seeking dependable and detail-oriented individuals to join our overnight cleaning team. If you enjoy working independently, take pride in keeping facilities clean and safe, and are looking for a stable overnight position, we'd love to hear from you.

Shift: 11:00 PM – 7:30 AM

Job Responsibilities

As an Overnight Janitorial Cleaner, you will help ensure our clients arrive each morning to a clean, sanitized, and professional environment.

Responsibilities include:

  • Perform general cleaning duties including sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and dusting.
  • Clean and sanitize restrooms, break rooms, kitchens, and common areas.
  • Empty trash and recycling containers and replace liners.
  • Restock restroom and facility supplies, including soap, paper towels, and toilet paper.
  • Clean glass, fixtures, and other high-touch surfaces.
  • Operate cleaning equipment safely and properly.
  • Report maintenance concerns, damaged equipment, or safety hazards to your supervisor.
  • Follow all company policies, safety procedures, and OSHA guidelines.
  • Complete assigned cleaning tasks independently while maintaining quality standards.
Qualifications

We're looking for candidates who are:

  • Previous janitorial or custodial experience is preferred, but not required—we provide paid training.
  • Comfortable working overnight hours.
  • Able to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Detail-oriented with a strong work ethic.
  • Physically capable of lifting up to 50 pounds and performing repetitive cleaning tasks.
  • Organized with excellent time management skills.
  • Reliable, punctual, and committed to attendance.
  • Willing to complete a background check and drug screening, if required.
  • Some positions require a valid driver's license and a clean driving record. However, not every position requires driving, and applicants without a driver's license are encouraged to apply for positions where driving is not required.
