Job description

STGi is currently seeking an EAP counselor to support the National Geospatial Intelligence Agency (NGA) in St. Louis, MO.  

NGA promotes employee wellness through a proactive, multi-disciplinary approach to service delivery. The overall objective is to get maximum integration of all the health and wellness components Responsibilities included: Counsels and assists employees with issues affecting job-related performance and personal well-being. Evaluates and recommends outside treatment and counseling if necessary. 

 

Required Skills
  • Licensed Clinical Social Worker, Licensed Professional Counselor, or relevant licensed professional  

Required Experience
  • Approximately 3 years of experience 
  • Provides psychosocial assessments and short-term counseling services for employee
