Job description

Newborn Care Expert/Overnight Doula - location: Boston and surrounding areas

Our award-winning agency has been a leading parenting resource for nearly two decades. We are seeking experienced and compassionate Postpartum Doulas to join the Boston Baby Nurse & Nanny team of caregivers.

Our Doulas provide personalized, one-on-one care for newborns and their families in the comfort of their home. This role helps to ensure a safe and healthy environment for the baby and provide support, education and guidance for new parents.

Qualifications:

• Min 5+ years' experience caring for newborns

• Knowledge of AAP newborn care techniques and practices

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to work with minimal supervision

• First Aid and CPR certification

• Must be available to work overnights and a minimum of 3 overnights a week
