Overnight Direct Support Professional
$250 Hiring Bonus!

Full-Time, $17.50 - $18.67*
GoodLife Innovations is seeking Direct Support Professionals to provide care and companionship to adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities!
As a Direct Support Professional, you will support positive behaviors, teach communication skills, and maintain health and hygiene for the individuals we serve. Your shift will be spent in family-style group homes to assist with client goals and personal care needs.
Entry-Level Qualifications:
  • At least 18 years of age
  • Must pass criminal background check
  • Must have a valid driver's license and safe driving record (day positions only)
  • Ability to lift up to 50lbs to physically assist individuals
  • Flexibility in assigned working location based on client needs
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Previous caregiving or direct support experience, ideally in a residential or therapeutic setting
  • Experience working with clients with aggressive or disruptive behaviors
  • Training in crisis intervention or de-escalation techniques
Shifts amp; Schedules Available:
  • Front-Half (Sun-Wed)
  • Back-Half (Wed-Sat)
  • Overnights: 7pm-7am or 8pm-8am
Some duties:
  • Assisting or fully supporting with personal care needs (bathing, toileting, grooming)
  • Teaching and supporting daily living skills (cooking, cleaning, laundry)
  • Light housekeeping during overnight hours
  • Administering medications
  • Charting/documenting data using computer system
