Job Summary
Our Remote Sales Coordinator, Critical Power plays an important role in maintaining good customer relationships by acting as an extension of the field sales force. You will contribute to customer satisfaction by ensuring the accuracy and timely processing of orders. Collaboration with other departments is an important responsibility. This role requires excellent organizational and communication skills along with the ability to deliver high standards of customer service. This position will act as a liaison between Customer Care Managers, Engineering, Accounting and Customers to ensure all orders meet Concentric standards.
Order Fulfillment:
  • Navigate our ERP system to input orders, generate reports and manage order status.
  • Translate customer purchase orders and requests into sales orders and vendor purchases.
  • Communicate acknowledgements of order placement and expected delivery dates.
  • Collaborate with our engineering department to ensure the technical specifications of each order meet customer needs.
  • Manage order related communications with customers (both internal and external) and vendors.
  • Support sales reps and customers with product specifications, as well as giving status updates on orders.
  • Monitor system-generated reports to identify missing information and to track orders past the promised ship date.
  • Partner with our accounting department to ensure timely and accurate invoicing.
  • Verify vendor acknowledgements to Concentric purchase orders for price, quantities, specifications, and delivery date accuracy.
  • Manage shared, customer facing email inboxes to assure customer needs are met.
  • Share parts ordering information with appropriate departments.
  • Cross-train to support other associated Supply Chain responsibilities.
  • Other duties as assigned by supervisor.

Key Performance Measurements:
  • A score card that reflects team performance in areas such as efficiency, sales order proficiency, customer satisfaction, and issue resolution.
  • Management observation regarding attitude, diligence, team contributions, and willingness & ability to learn new skills and information.
  • Other key metrics prescribed by Concentric Motive Power leadership, resulting in positive customer and Company impact.

Requirements
  • Minimum Associate Degree from an approved two-year college or university. Prefer 4-year degree or very strong equivalent experience.
  • Two (2) years of related experience and/or training with technical products within ERP systems.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office including Excel and Word.
  • Some accounting background experience/knowledge is helpful.
  • Strong communication, problem solving, and analytical skills.
  • Ability to organize his/her own work and work independently, with limited supervision.
  • Ability to work with individuals from diverse backgrounds and with diverse needs, and across remote offices.
  • Ability to clearly articulate ideas (both written and verbal) to both internal and external customers and to listen effectively to customer needs.
  • Ability to develop and maintain strong workplace relationships with an emphasis on customer satisfaction.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with other departments toward the greater good of the organization.
  • Ability to adapt to a fast-changing environment.
  • Must have attention to detail with an eye for accuracy.
  • Capable of identifying and completing critical tasks independently with a sense of urgency.
