Job Summary and Responsibilities
As our Cardiac Rehab RN at CHI Williston Health, you will be a pivotal caregiver, guiding patients through critical cardiac recovery and empowering them and their families with life-changing support and education.
Every day you will expertly assess complex cardiac conditions, meticulously monitor patient progress, and collaborate seamlessly with our multidisciplinary team to optimize healing and long-term wellness plans, ensuring no two days are alike.
To be successful in this role, you will combine acute assessment skills and an adaptable, detail-oriented approach with a compassionate drive to go the extra mile, shaping enduring positive health outcomes for every patient.
  • Performs assessment of patient's health and continuously monitors; detect changes in symptoms, and take action as necessary; and quickly and accurately assess patient care needs
  • Responds to life saving situations based upon nursing standards, policies, procedures, and protocol
  • Implements exercise regimen and evaluates the patient's response to care and documents
  • Works collaboratively with provider to provide exceptional care
  • Administers medications, IV therapy, and treatments in compliance with policies and procedures
  • Provides patient and family education

Job Requirements
Required
  • Associate's Degree in Nursing
  • Registered Nurse: ND, upon hire and
  • American Heart Association Basic Life Support - CPR, upon hire and
  • Advanced Cardiac Life Support, upon hire

Preferred
  • Experience as a Cardiac RN
