OVERNIGHT ASSISTANT MANAGER - CUSTOMER SERVICE DEPARTMENT
We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Overnight Business Center Assistant Manager to support the daily operations of our Business Center. This leadership role is responsible for overseeing customer orders, supervising team members, ensuring operational accuracy, and delivering exceptional customer service. The ideal candidate is organized, dependable, and thrives in a fast-paced environment.
MAIN JOB DUTIES amp; RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Supervise the overnight operations of the Business Center.
  • Manage business customer orders, ensuring accuracy, quality, and timely completion.
  • Provide exceptional customer service by responding to phone, email, and in-person inquiries.
  • Oversee order fulfillment, billing, invoicing, cash handling, and register reconciliation.
  • Train, coach, and support team members while monitoring performance, productivity, and attendance.
  • Resolve customer concerns and operational issues in a professional and timely manner.
  • Coordinate with other departments to ensure efficient workflow and product availability.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment while ensuring compliance with company policies and food safety standards.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
QUALIFICATIONS:
  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
  • Previous supervisory or management experience required.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and customer service skills.
  • Ability to lift 50 pounds or more and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficient with basic computer systems and cash handling.
  • Flexible availability, including overnight shifts, weekends, and holidays.
