Responsibilities:
  • Provide personal care assistance including bathing, grooming, and dressing.
  • Monitor clients' health and report any changes to the care team.
  • Assist with medication reminders and basic meal preparation.
  • Engage clients in meaningful conversation and activities.
  • Maintain a clean and safe environment for clients.
  • Document care provided and report any concerns to family or supervisors.
  • Provide companionship and emotional support to clients.

Requirements:
