    Position Overview:

Officers assigned to these posts are responsible for maintaining a visible, professional presence throughout the full shift while actively monitoring their assigned property. This is a technology-forward environment: all reporting, clock-in procedures, and patrol verification are completed through company-provided mobile applications. Officers must be comfortable operating a smartphone and navigating basic mobile platforms. Every shift begins and ends with a digital clock-in through our attendance system, and all patrols are validated through TourQR checkpoint scans at designated locations throughout the property. There are no exceptions to these procedures.

    Key Responsibilities:
  • Complete all assigned QR checkpoint scans throughout each shift to verify patrol coverage

  • What We Are Looking For:

Strong written and verbal communication is a core requirement for this position, not a preference. Vague or incomplete reporting is not acceptable and is treated as a performance issue. Candidates must demonstrate sound judgment in overnight environments, the ability to remain alert and focused across late and overnight hours, and a willingness to consistently follow post orders and company procedures without deviation. Prior experience in residential, hospitality, or commercial security is preferred but not required.

    Technology Requirements:

Prior to the first shift, SecurityRI provides a full walkthrough of the TourQR patrol system, digital clock-in platform, and incident reporting application. No advanced technical experience is required, but the ability and willingness to learn and consistently use these tools is mandatory.
