Join Blackwell, Inc. as a Desk Security Officer, where you'll combine your security experience with administrative precision to ensure a safe, professional, and welcoming environment for residents, guest, tenants, and vendors.
This role is ideal for individuals with a background in security operations, administrative support, and reporting systems, who thrive in structured environments and enjoy being the central point of contact.
Weekly Work Schedule:
  • Days of the week: Saturday + Sunday
  • Start and End Time: 5:00PM - 5:00AM

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver exceptional customer service to clients, vendors, and visitors
  • Manage access control, including issuing and terminating access badges
  • Provide parking validations and monitor visitor check-in/out procedures
  • Assist the property access during special events and deliveries
  • Maintain and organize front desk supplies and documentation
  • Answer incoming calls and respond to inquiries professionally
  • Monitor security systems including cameras, alarms, and specialized software
  • Observe and report incidents accurately and promptly
  • Facilitate emergency notifications and response procedures
  • Maintain detailed logs and reports using digital tools
  • Perform additional property-specific duties as assigned

Requirements
Ideal Candidate Profile
  • 21+ years of age
  • High school diploma or GED
  • Current St. Louis Security License (or ability to obtain one)
  • 1+ year of security experience (preferred)
