This role combines advanced LLM application development with strong data engineering expertise, enabling agents to seamlessly interact with multiple Systems of Record (SoRs) through robust data pipelines and integrations. The ideal candidate will own the end-to-end lifecycle-from designing agent workflows and integrating enterprise data, to deploying scalable, production-ready solutions with strong observability, governance, and performance optimization.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and develop enterprise-grade Agentic AI systems using Google ADK, LangChain, and LangGraph.
- Build and orchestrate multi-agent workflows, including tool integration, memory, and state management.

- Engineer and maintain data pipelines (batch and streaming) ensuring high-quality, governed data access.
- Write and optimize complex SQL queries for analytics, feature engineering, and real-time decisioning.
- Integrate enterprise LLMs (e.g., Gemini, Anthropic) into agent frameworks and workflows.
- Implement observability, evaluation, and guardrails across AI and data layers.
- Collaborate with business, operations, and technology teams to develop AI copilots and automation solutions.
Required Qualifications Experience:
- 5+ years of experience in GenAI, AI Data Engineering, or Agentic AI-focused roles.
- Hands-on experience building agentic AI solutions using Google ADK and/or LangChain/LangGraph, including orchestration and tool usage patterns.
- Solid data engineering expertise, including building ETL/ELT pipelines and integrating data from multiple SoRs (APIs, DBs, files, streams).
- Experience with RAG architectures and integrating LLMs with enterprise data sources.
- Production-grade engineering practices: testing, CI/CD, logging, monitoring, and error handling.
Technical Skills:
- Strong Python development skills for backend services, workflow engines, and AI pipelines.
- Advanced SQL proficiency (complex joins, window functions, query optimization).
- Advanced Prompt Engineering and Context Engineering skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with modern data stack tools (e.g., dbt, Airflow, Kafka, BigQuery, Snowflake).
- Familiarity with vector databases and hybrid retrieval strategies.
- Cloud platform experience (GCP preferred, Azure/AWS acceptable).
