Job Description
As an Outside Sales Representative 2 at R3 Roofing & Exteriors, you will lead and inspire a sales team while handling a variety of leads including referrals and self-generated prospects. Your role will involve managing sales processes, scheduling client meetings, conducting property damage inspections, providing damage reports, code documentation, and presenting compelling estimates. You will also oversee follow-ups with potential clients and ensure effective communication using our CRM system. This position offers a clear path for career advancement with comprehensive training resources to support your professional development.
Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct free property damage inspections and assessments promptly and professionally.
  • Maintain a high level of prospecting, referral generation, and contract closures for roofing, siding, and gutters.
  • Utilize field technology tools for activity tracking and damage documentation.
  • Execute trained sales processes effectively.
  • Collaborate with property owners to create, negotiate, and finalize exterior renovation projects.
