Logan Contractors Supply is seeking a driven Outside Sales Representative to expand our presence in the surrounding Des Moines construction market. This role is built for a self-motivated professional who thrives on building relationships, winning business, and becoming a trusted partner to contractors and project teams.

This is a field-first position for someone who prefers jobsites over desks and takes ownership of their territory's growth and success.


What You'll Do

  • Develop and grow relationships with concrete contractors and construction professionals
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities within your territory
  • Maintain consistent jobsite and customer visits
  • Quote projects, follow up on opportunities, and close business
  • Anticipate customer needs and provide practical jobsite solutions
  • Work closely with operations and inside sales to deliver a high level of service
  • Take ownership of territory performance and customer satisfaction


What We're Looking For

Required:

  • Strong relationship-building and communication skills
  • Self-starter mentality with the ability to work independently
  • Valid driver's license
  • Ability to load and strap a trailer
