This role requires leading and motivating a sales team to achieve and exceed sales volume targets while expanding the customer base within the assigned territory. The Sales Manager will oversee inside and outside sales activities, ensuring that the team is equipped with the necessary training and resources to succeed in competitive markets. Additionally, the role involves designing and implementing sales incentive programs to boost team performance and maintain high levels of motivation. Ultimately, the Sales Manager will play a critical role in establishing a successful sales culture that fosters continuous improvement and sustainable revenue growth.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in regional sales management with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Strong knowledge of sales strategies, sales planning, and sales volume management.
  • Experience leading and developing sales teams, including outside sales representatives.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
