Job Requirements

Are you looking for an Outside Sales position with unlimited earning potential in a flourishing industry? Are you looking for an opportunity where you can earn uncapped commissions while still having a base salary with full benefits? Earn $90K–$100K in Year 1 with uncapped commissions and monthly bonuses, growing to $100K–$120K+ in Year 2.

Base Salary: $43,000

In addition to your earnings potential, we support your success in the field with:

  • Auto allowance (wear & tear): ~$3,250/year
  • Cell phone & internet reimbursement: up to $1,200/year
  • Parking & tolls: up to $300/year
  • Gas reimbursement (activity-based): ~$2,500/year

Total first-year fixed compensation (base + fixed allowances) is approximately $70K+, with additional variable reimbursement and uncapped commission upside.
