Job description

Love Meeting New People and Building Relationships?
Cebod Telecom is looking for an outgoing, friendly, and motivated B2B Outside Sales Representative who enjoys meeting new people, starting conversations, and building long-term business relationships.
This is a field + office sales role. Initially, you’ll spend more time in the field visiting local businesses, meeting owners and decision-makers, and building your pipeline. As your pipeline grows, the role will naturally transition to approximately 50% field sales and 50% office-based sales, including follow-ups, demos, quotes, closing opportunities, and account management.
The goal isn’t to knock on doors forever—it’s to build your own pipeline and book of business.

What You’ll Do
  • Visit local small and mid-size businesses and introduce Cebod Telecom
  • Meet business owners, managers, and decision-makers
  • Prospect and develop your own sales territory
  • Ask questions about their current phone provider, costs, users, features, and service issues
  • Identify opportunities to improve their business communications
  • Present Cebod Telecom solutions in a simple, value-driven way
  • Create and present online quotes
  • Follow up by phone, email, and in person
  • Conduct product demos when appropriate
  • Manage your sales pipeline from prospecting through close
  • Maintain relationships with customers after the sale
  • Track leads, meetings, quotes, and follow-ups in our CRM
  • Work with our technical and support teams to close and onboard customers
Who We’re Looking For
Personality matters in this role. You should be:
  • Outgoing, friendly, positive, and approachable
  • Someone who genuinely enjoys meeting new people
  • Comfortable walking into a business and starting a conversation
  • Confident speaking with owners and decision-makers
  • A good listener who can identify customer needs
  • Persistent without being pushy
  • Comfortable with rejection and prospecting
  • Self-motivated, organized, and accountable
  • Comfortable managing both field and office sales activities
  • Comfortable using CRM, email, and online sales tools
  • Equipped with reliable transportation
B2B, outside sales, field sales, or face-to-face sales experience is preferred.

Telecom experience is not required. We can teach you our products. Your ability to connect with people, build trust, follow up, and close business is more important.
