  • Partner with teams to improve processes, streamline operations, and drive efficiency across tools and workflows.
  • Apply technical acumen to assess architecture, data, and integration impacts; influence scalable design decisions and mitigate risks in collaboration with engineering team.
  • Drive effective teamwork, communication, collaboration, and commitment across multiple disparate groups with competing priorities.
Our Vision of You
  • 6+ years of experience as a Technical Program Manager, Engineering Operations, or a similar role within a fast-paced SaaS environment.
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or a related technical discipline, or equivalent experience.
  • Proven success leading complex, cross-functional programs across multiple systems and teams.
  • Strong program management, organizational, and problem-solving skills with the ability to balance technical depth and business context.
  • Hands-on experience implementing or integrating GTM tools within Salesforce
  • Proven experience managing or optimizing quote-to-cash processes, including pricing, quoting, billing, and order management workflows.
  • Solid understanding of system architecture, data flows, and integration, with the ability to flag and manage technical risks.
  • Skilled in roadmap planning, scoping, and discovery for large-scale initiatives, with expertise in defining and documenting requirements, managing dependencies, and communicating progress across all levels.
  • Adept at navigating ambiguity, managing competing priorities, and adapting to dynamic environments.
  • Trusted for ownership, accountability, and delivery excellence - consistently driving stakeholder alignment and execution clarity.
