Position Summary:

At Blue Monster Management we are looking for a dynamic and resourceful Recruitment Outreach Assistant to help manage our hiring efforts across multiple A Smile 4 U dental practice locations. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys connecting with people, and is passionate about building strong teams. You will be responsible for managing job postings, vetting candidates, conducting interviews, and performing outreach through platforms like LinkedIn, Facebook, and educational institutions.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Job Posting & Management

    • Create, update, and manage job listings across platforms (Indeed, LinkedIn, company website, Facebook etc.)
    • Ensure postings are optimized for visibility and engagement
  • Candidate Screening & Interviewing

    • Review applications and resumes to identify qualified candidates
    • Schedule and conduct initial interviews (phone, video, or in-person)
    • Coordinate follow-up interviews with hiring managers
  • Outreach & Sourcing

    • Proactively source candidates via LinkedIn, Facebook groups, and other online communities
    • Build relationships with local schools, training programs, and professional organizations
    • Represent the company at job fairs and recruitment events
  • Administrative Support

    • Maintain applicant tracking systems and recruitment databases

Qualifications:
