Communications Outreach Associate

S.H.O.W. ATL – Atlanta, GA
Full-Time | In-Person | Paid Training

S.H.O.W. ATL is seeking confident, personable, and motivated individuals to join our Atlanta team as Communications Outreach Associates.

This is a full-time, in-person, customer-facing role focused on communication, community outreach, brand representation, and customer engagement. Communications Outreach Associates interact directly with customers on behalf of established client brands, introduce products and services, answer questions, and help connect customers with solutions that fit their needs.

This position is ideal for individuals looking to build professional experience in communications, sales, marketing, customer engagement, and business development.

Paid training is provided, so previous industry-specific experience is not required.

Responsibilities

  • Engage directly with customers through face-to-face outreach
  • Communicate information about client brands, products, and services
  • Build positive relationships with prospective and existing customers
  • Answer questions and identify individual customer needs
  • Assist customers with available products, services, and enrollment options
  • Support customer acquisition and outreach initiatives
  • Represent client brands professionally during customer interactions
  • Deliver clear and consistent brand messaging
  • Work alongside team members to achieve daily outreach and engagement goals
  • Participate in ongoing communication, sales, and leadership training
  • Maintain a positive and professional customer experience
