We're looking for a Customer Outreach to support our sales team and strengthen relationships with our customers and vendors. This role blends customer service, organization, and data tracking to help the team succeed.
This is a great role for someone with strong customer service and communication skills who is interested in learning more about sales and the construction equipment industry. You'll work alongside experienced salespeople while developing your own product knowledge, customer relationships, and sales skills.
What You'll Do:
  • Provide excellent customer service (a must!), mainly over the phone, approximately 40-50 phone calls daily
  • Connect with existing and potential customers to gather information, identify needs, and maintain relationships
  • Call vendors to verify information and ensure accuracy
  • Assist the sales team with follow-ups, lead updates, and customer touchpoints
  • Help identify and qualify potential sales leads before passing opportunities to the appropriate salesperson
  • Enter and manage data in HubSpot CRM
  • Learn our equipment, applications, customers, and industries through ongoing training and hands-on experience
  • Update and analyze data from the ERP system to support sales and reporting
  • Track and analyze response rates and the effectiveness of different outreach strategies
  • Keep customer and vendor records accurate and organized
