What You'll Do:
  • Lead guests through exciting outdoor experiences while ensuring safety, enthusiasm, and top-notch service.
  • Provide clear, engaging, and progressive instruction in activities at our Adventure Center, Bike Park and Hope Lake Park.
  • Greet and interact with guests in a friendly, professional manner to answer questions, provide assistance, and solve any issues that arise.
  • Perform timely and thorough opening and closing procedures for Outdoor Recreation areas.
  • Complete safety checks, inspections, and incident reporting to uphold the highest safety standards.
  • Assist across multiple departments within Outdoor Recreation - cross-training is part of the adventure!
  • Maintain a clean, welcoming, and safe environment for guests and fellow teammates.
  • Proactively respond to guest feedback and ensure every visitor leaves smiling.

What It Takes to Succeed:
  • Age Requirement: Must be 18 years or older.
  • Education/Experience: High school diploma or GED preferred; previous guest service or recreation experience a plus.
  • Communication Skills: Ability to speak confidently with guests one-on-one or in groups. Friendly, approachable, and calm under pressure.
  • Physical Readiness: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs, stand/walk for long periods, climb to elevated heights, and work in varied outdoor conditions.
