NOW HIRING A MOWING & TRIMMING CREW LEADER – FULL-TIME OPPORTUNITY!

STARTING PAY OF $17.00 – $20.00 PER HOUR BASED ON EXPERIENCE!

Leapfrog Landcare is hiring a Mowing & Trimming Crew Leader to take charge of daily operations for lawn care service routes. In this hands-on leadership role, you’ll guide a crew, ensure high-quality work, and help deliver top-tier service to our residential and commercial customers.

Our ideal candidate has strong attention to detail, a clean driving record, and a passion for outdoor work. If you’re dependable, motivated, and ready to lead by example, this is a great opportunity to grow your career in lawn care.


Responsibilities:
  • Safely operate and drive company vehicles to and from job sites
  • Supervise and direct daily activities of mowing and trimming crew members
  • Perform and oversee lawn care services, including mowing, edging, trimming, and blowing
  • Ensure properties are clean, well-maintained, and meet quality standards after each visit
  • Assist with mulching, pruning, and general landscape clean-up as needed
  • Maintain tools and equipment in proper working order
  • Follow daily route and schedule efficiently
  • Communicate clearly with team members and supervisors
Requirements:
  • Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
  • Experience with professional mowing equipment and small engine tools
  • Comfortable working outdoors in all weather conditions
