Job description

Exscape Designs is a leader in high-end outdoor construction, dedicated to transforming landscapes and creating lasting outdoor spaces. As a Construction Foreman, you will play a pivotal role in leading a skilled crew, overseeing hardscape and landscape installations, and ensuring projects are completed to the highest standards. Responsibilities
  • Lead and supervise a crew of 2-3 members on outdoor construction projects, ensuring quality, efficiency, and safety at all times.
  • Interpret blueprints and project plans to guide installations and manage job site logistics.
  • Operate and maintain landscape equipment and machinery, ensuring all tools are used safely and effectively.
  • Train and mentor crew members, supporting their development and fostering a collaborative team environment.
  • Manage project timelines, materials, and ensure customer satisfaction throughout each phase of construction.
  • Participate in snow operations during winter months to help maintain safe community spaces.
Qualifications
  • Valid driver’s license and ability to operate construction equipment.
  • Experience in landscape construction, hardscape installation, or a related field.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to guide and motivate a team.
  • Physical ability to work outdoors in all seasons and lift up to 50 lbs.
  • Commitment to safety, quality, and professionalism.
  • Bilingual candidates are a plus.
