As a 3D Designer your responsibilities will include
- Collaborating with design team to create 3D outdoor living space / pool designs
- Professionally communicating with team members & clients through email, phone calls, virtual and face-to-face meetings
- Create detailed 3D designs for estimating and construction purposes
- Communicating with vendors and subcontractors to create accurate proposals
Required Experience
- Working knowledge of CAD and 3D modeling based programs. We prefer to use Rhino3D.
- 2 years of experience in landscape architecture / architecture / design.
- Computer skills including email, excel spreadsheets, and Google Suite
Ideal Qualifications and Skills
- Professional design experience that you don’t wonder if you have enough experience to apply.
- Willing to lift boxes, clean floors, and hold doors if that’s what it takes to get something done
- Knows all the hot keys in Autodesk AutoCAD
- Can hand sketch - and those sketches are not stick figures. You have to be able to quickly communicate design ideas with pen and paper before using a computer to make it pretty.
- Jedi-level with AutoCAD + Rhino3d + Lumion to produce beautiful plans / renders
- Gifted communicator
- Gets stuff DONE!
- A.A.S. or B.S. in landscape design, landscape architecture, or related field
