The Channel Marketing Specialist executes regional marketing initiatives in close partnership with regional sales teams and channel partners. This role is responsible for supporting key account development, local market activation, and in-store execution while ensuring alignment to corporate brand standards and marketing strategy.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Support regional sales teams on strategic key account plans by executing agreed-upon marketing tactics.
  • Advise channel partners on co-op marketing investments, ensuring compliance with program guidelines.
  • Support in-store execution including merchandising, signage, displays, and point-of-sale materials.
  • Coordinate and execute local events, promotions, and trade shows.
  • Support both traditional and digital local marketing initiatives, including print, radio, outdoor, paid search, and social.
  • Assist accounts with local online visibility (store listings, ratings, reviews, and basic local SEO).
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration
    • Partner with Sales, Product Marketing, and Brand Marketing to activate national programs locally.
    • Coordinate with agencies, vendors, and internal stakeholders to ensure on-time delivery of regional marketing initiatives.
    • Track executional details, timelines, and budgets for assigned programs.
    • Track program activities, co-op usage, and basic performance metrics.
    • Provide feedback and insights from the field to inform future marketing strategies.

TRAVEL REQUIREMENTS

Must have the ability and willingness to travel 50% of the time or more, typically by car, with some overnight travel.

EXPERIENCE

We are looking for leaders with a · Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field and 2–5 years of experience in field, channel, or regional marketing.

  • Strong execution, organization, and communication skills.
  • Experience working with sales teams and external partners preferred.
  • Must be able to lift up to 50lbs with help to support display execution

SALARY

Base Salary Range: $ $65,000 to $80,000 annually.

The salary range provided serves as a general guideline for potential compensation for this position. It reflects the base salary and does not account for other benefits or additional compensation opportunities that may apply. This role is also eligible for further compensation through an annual/sales bonus, in addition to the base salary.
