They work under the supervision of experienced professionals to develop practical skills in areas like trail maintenance, habitat restoration, guiding, or outdoor leadership. Apprenticeships often combine on-the-job training with classroom instruction, helping participants build a strong foundation for a career in the outdoors. These roles are ideal for those passionate about nature, sustainability, and working outside.
