Patient Services Outbound Representative
Job Description
Patient Services Outbound Representative (Malvern, PA)
Let your dedication to enhancing lives radiate in this role, where you will serve as the initial point of contact, providing invaluable assistance to patients in activating their ECG Solutions heart monitor.
Your role:
  • Conduct outbound calls to support patients with activating their monitoring devices and provide technical assistance as needed.
  • Manage daily and weekly patient call lists efficiently, coordinating with Clinics and Account Executives to resolve service delays, cancellations, and patient needs.
  • Contribute to the success of the Patient Services team by meeting key performance indicators (KPIs) and maintaining high-quality standards in a collaborative, team-based environment.
  • Initial training/nesting spans 6 weeks, Monday to Friday, 9:00am to 5:30pm EST, under the mentorship of an Educator in a structured, hands-on setting.
  • Following training, you will enter a 3-week ramp-up period, working Monday through Friday from 11:00am-7:30pm EST with a holiday rotation.

You're the right fit if:
  • You have a High School Diploma or Vocational Education.
  • You've acquired 6+ months of customer service experience, whether over the phone or in-person; experience in a call center or high-volume support environment is a plus.
  • Your skills include strong proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, strong technical acumen, and excellent computer skills, along with the ability to efficiently navigate multiple technical platforms simultaneously while adapting to change with ease; experience in troubleshooting and providing technical support is preferred.
  • You must be able to successfully perform the following minimum Physical, Cognitive and Environmental job requirements with or without accommodation for this position.
  • You're an excellent communicator who maintains professionalism, empathy, and patience in all support interactions; able to manage time effectively, handle high call volumes, and coordinate with internal teams in a fast-paced environment.

We believe that we are better together than apart. For our office-based teams, this means working in-person at least 3 days per week. Onsite roles require full-time presence in the company's facilities. Field roles are most effectively done outside of the company's main facilities, generally at the customers' or suppliers' locations.

Philips Transparency Details
The pay range for this position in Malvern, PA is $16.00-$24.00.
The actual base pay offered may vary within the posted ranges depending on multiple factors including job-related knowledge/skills, experience, business needs, geographical location, and internal equity.
In addition, other compensation, such as an annual incentive bonus, sales commission or long-term incentives may be offered. Employees are eligible to participate in our comprehensive Philips Total Rewards benefits program, which includes a generous PTO, 401k (up to 7% match), HSA (with company contribution), stock purchase plan, education reimbursement and much more. At Philips, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top end of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent upon the facts and circumstances of each case.
