Job Title: Outbound Sales Representative
Job Description
The Outbound Sales Representative will be responsible for generating Hub partners in assigned regions. This role involves maintaining accurate records of interactions and progress in CRM systems, meeting or exceeding monthly KPIs including call volume, conversion rates, and partner activation goals. The representative will respond to and qualify inbound leads from prospective partners and conduct consultative sales calls to understand partner needs. Additionally, they will provide feedback to leadership on lead quality, market trends, and customer insights.
Responsibilities
  • Generate partners in assigned regions through outbound sales.
  • Maintain accurate records of interactions and progress in CRM systems.
  • Meet or exceed monthly KPIs including call volume, conversion rates, and partner activation goals.
  • Respond to and qualify inbound leads from prospective partners.
  • Conduct consultative sales calls to understand partner needs and present the value of the Hub Delivery program.
  • Provide feedback to leadership on lead quality, market trends, and customer insights.

Essential Skills
  • 2+ years of inside sales or business development experience.
  • Experience in high volume outbound cold calling.
  • Proficiency in Salesforce or other CRM systems.
  • Bilingual in Spanish or Mandarin.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Customer-first mindset.

Additional Skills & Qualifications
  • Experience in logistics, retail, or tech industries preferred.
  • Comfortable managing multiple leads simultaneously.
  • Self-starter with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Work Environment
The position requires working Monday to Friday from 9 am to 5 pm, with the expectation to come into the office 1-2 times a week for meetings. The role offers the opportunity to join a growing program, partnering with small businesses across the US. Employees are eligible for two weeks of PTO after a successful performance review at six months, and have the opportunity to earn commissions on outbound sales

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $29.00 - $29.00/hr.
