Candidate Source is hiring for a brand-new, robotics-enabled distribution center in Ashland, VA! This facility handles health, wellness, and nutritional products in a clean, modern, and tech-driven environment. We have open positions and are looking for reliable, detail-oriented team members to start immediately.
Quick Role Highlights:
  • Shift: Sunday, Monday, Thursday and Friday | 6:00PM - 4:30AM (4/10 hour shifts)

What You'll Do (The Day-to-Day):
As an Outbound Associate, you are the engine that gets health products to customers. Your tasks include:
  • Tech-Driven Picking: Use smartphones or RF scanners to track inventory and scan bins.
  • Order Prep: Cut boxes, verify product codes for accuracy, and prep items for outbound shipping.
  • Inventory Accuracy: Scanning bins, verifying quantities, and checking product codes.
  • Team Support: Assisting other warehouse departments as needed to ensure daily goals are met.
