Build the Network Behind the Work

TMG USA LLC is a rapidly growing facility services company providing landscaping, maintenance, renovations, construction support, emergency response, and property services for commercial and multifamily clients across multiple states.

We are looking for a Construction Vendor amp; Subcontractor Coordinator to help us identify, recruit, and build relationships with reliable contractors, subcontractors, landscapers, maintenance providers, and other skilled service partners throughout the country.

This is a great opportunity for someone with experience in construction, landscaping, property maintenance, dispatching, vendor management, recruiting, or field service operations who enjoys talking to people and building relationships.

You do not need to be a salesperson, but you should be comfortable picking up the phone, reaching out to contractors, and explaining why working with TMG could be a great opportunity for their business.

What You'll Do
  • Recruit and qualify contractors, subcontractors, landscapers, maintenance companies, and other service providers for projects across multiple markets.

  • Make outbound calls to prospective vendors and subcontractors to introduce TMG and discuss upcoming work opportunities.

  • Build long-term relationships with new and existing service providers.

  • Identify new contractors through online research, referrals, industry contacts, and local market outreach.

  • Gather and maintain provider information including service areas, capabilities, licensing, insurance, pricing, and contact information.

  • Work closely with Operations to identify areas where additional contractor coverage is needed.

  • Help build provider networks before new projects and contracts begin.

  • Maintain an organized calendar of current and upcoming sourcing needs.

  • Track calls, provider conversations, follow-ups, and sourcing activity within company systems.

  • Participate in weekly Operations and Sourcing meetings.

  • Assist with expanding TMG's contractor network into new cities and markets.

Who We're Looking For

We are especially interested in candidates who have worked around construction, landscaping, maintenance, property services, subcontractors, vendors, or field operations.

  • Comfortable making a high volume of outbound calls and speaking with contractors and business owners.

  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills.

  • Highly organized with strong follow-through.

  • Comfortable managing multiple priorities and open needs at the same time.

  • Experience with Microsoft Outlook, Teams, and Excel.

  • Ability to work independently while collaborating closely with Operations.

  • Positive, persistent, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
