Inner Alchemy Counseling is seeking dedicated and empathetic Licensed Clinical Social Workers (LCSWs) to join our dynamic team. As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker at Inner Alchemy Counseling, you will:

• Conduct thorough assessments to understand clients' needs and develop individualized treatment plans based on evidence-based methodologies.
• Implement therapeutic interventions utilizing techniques such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), mindfulness, and trauma-informed care.
• Maintain meticulous documentation of client interactions, treatment plans, and progress in accordance with state regulations and best practices.
• Collaborate effectively with a dedicated treatment team to ensure a comprehensive approach to care, including regular team meetings and case discussions.
• Stay informed of emerging research and best practices in social work and mental health to continually enhance therapy strategies.

Our client base encompasses individuals facing a range of mental health challenges, predominantly focusing on trauma, anxiety, and depression. Our approach is culturally sensitive and tailored to fit the diverse backgrounds of our clients. To be considered for this position, candidates must possess the following:

• A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.
• An active LCSW (Licensed Clinical Social Worker) license in the state of Illinois.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a history of successful collaboration in team settings.
• The ability to navigate complex emotional landscapes and adapt therapeutic modalities to meet client needs.

While not mandatory, the following experiences will enhance your application:

• Prior experience in a community health setting or mental health rehabilitation center.
• Familiarity with telehealth platforms and virtual counseling tools.
• Experience with group therapy settings or workshops.
