Key Responsibilities

As a Licensed Professional Counselor at Inner Alchemy Counseling, you will:

• Conduct initial assessments and comprehensive evaluations to formulate individualized treatment plans tailored to client needs.
• Deliver evidence-based therapeutic interventions in one-on-one sessions, as well as with couples, families, and groups, ensuring the application of appropriate therapeutic modalities such as CBT, DBT, and solution-focused therapy.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including psychiatrists, psychologists, and social workers, to ensure comprehensive and holistic care for clients.
• Maintain meticulous clinical records that adhere to ethical standards and legal requirements, ensuring up-to-date documentation for continuity of care.
• Participate in continuing education opportunities, staying informed on the latest research and advancements in the mental health field.

Patient Population / Client Focus

You will work primarily with adult clients facing a variety of mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship issues. Your role is essential in guiding clients through their therapeutic journeys, equipping them with strategies to navigate life's complexities and enhance their emotional resilience.

Qualifications

The ideal candidate for this position will possess:

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a closely related field.
• A current, active, and unrestricted license as a Professional Counselor (LPC) in the state of Arizona.
• A minimum of 2 years of professional counseling experience, preferably within a clinical setting.
• A strong understanding of ethical guidelines and legal regulations governing the practice of counseling.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, allowing for the development of strong therapeutic relationships with a diverse clientele.
• Proficiency with electronic medical record (EMR) systems and relevant software to ensure efficient and effective practice management.

Preferred Experience

We highly value specialization in areas such as trauma recovery, substance abuse counseling, family therapy, or couples counseling. Such expertise will enhance your effectiveness in addressing client challenges and improving outcomes. Compensation and Benefits

Our organization offers a competitive salary ranging from USD 80,000 to 100,000 annually, commensurate with your caseload and experience. We also provide a comprehensive benefits package, including:
