POSITION SUMMARY 
As a Delivery Driver you will be responsible for delivering menu items to customers at their homes or workplace establishments. The Delivery Driver is responsible for reviewing and ensuring orders are correct, timely delivery of goods, and providing excellent customer service to our clientele. 
 
ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES 
  • Safely deliver menu items to customers. 
  • Analyze delivery address to determine the best route for timely delivery. 
  • Review orders prior to delivery to ensure correct items are being delivered. 
  • Follow local and state driving laws and road regulations. 
  • Comply with state vehicle laws and provide OTTO Corporate with valid car registration and insurance. 
  • Maintain a clean driving record. 
  • Collect payments from customers at the point of delivery. 
  • Provide proper change to customer when needed. 
  • Comply with established sanitation standards, safety, personal hygiene and health standards. Utilizes proper food handling techniques. 
  • Provide exceptional service to customers. 
  • Maintain a clean and neat appearance; wears uniform provided by OTTO. 
  • Perform other duties as assigned. 
Requirements 
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS (Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities) 
  • Ability to read and comprehend addresses, road signs, maps and menu items. 
  • Ability to work independently with little supervision required. 
  • Ability to remain calm while working under pressure in a busy environment. 
  • Ability to work within the time frame of standard policies and procedures. 
  • Ability to multi-task and prioritize in a busy, fast-growth environment. 
  • Ability to work well in a team. 
  • Must be at least 18 years of age. 
  • Must have a valid driver's license (1 yr. or more of driving experience preferred). 
  • Must have valid car insurance (must be primary policy for work related driving). 
  • Must have valid registration (personal vehicle is required). 
  • Must have a good standing MVR. 
  • Must provide your own reliable vehicle complying with state regulation. 
  • Must provide map or map device to determine delivery route. 
  • Delivery experience is preferred but not required.
