We are seeking an experienced<\/span><\/span> <\/span><\/span><\/span>Salesforce Order Management (OMS) Technical Architect<\/span><\/span> <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/b>to lead technical strategy, solution design, and architecture for large\-scale retail and supply chain implementations. This role requires strong domain expertise, architectural leadership, and the ability to guide teams and clients through complex digital transformation initiatives.<\/span>

  • Act as the technical subject matter expert on Salesforce Order Management (OMS) on client projects.<\/span>

  • Understand and analyze the client's existing technology landscape.<\/span>

  • Conduct workshops with client teams to gather requirements and define endtoend implementation architecture.<\/span>
    <\/span><\/span><\/li>\n
  • Provide technical guidance to project delivery teams, product engineering teams, and clients.<\/span>
    <\/span><\/span><\/li>\n
  • Own all technical escalations throughout the project lifecycle.<\/span>
    <\/span><\/span><\/li>\n
  • Define the architecture vision and roadmap to support the client's enterprise transformation.<\/span>
    <\/span><\/span><\/li>\n
  • Create detailed solution architectures, including integration recommendations, API\/microservices enablement, cloud migration, and more.<\/span>
    <\/span><\/span><\/li>\n
  • Mentor and guide delivery and engineering team members.<\/span>
    <\/span><\/span><\/li>\n
  • Develop interface documents and mappings to ensure proper OMS integration.<\/span>

  • Oversee software development plans with a focus on quality and delivery efficiency.<\/span>

  • Participate in design reviews with clients and internal project teams.<\/span>
    <\/span><\/span><\/li>\n
  • Manage development planning, including training, skills evolution, and resource needs.<\/span>

In certain cases, an employee in a remote\-designated job may need to live in a specific region or time zone to support customers or clients as part of their role. In California, Colorado, Hawaii, New York, Washington, Connecticut, Illinois, Maryland, Massachusetts, Minnesota, New Jersey, Nevada, Rhode Island, and Vermont, the standard base pay range for this role is $150,000\-200,000 Annually. This base pay range is specific to California, Colorado, Hawaii, New York, Washington, Connecticut, Illinois, Maryland, Massachusetts, Minnesota, New Jersey, Nevada, Rhode Island, and Vermont and may not be applicable to other locations. In addition to a competitive base salary this position is also eligible for competitive benefits, individual and team performance awards, others.
