FT Day Shift - (Hours: 7a -7p with 20% Night Shift Differential Pay!)
Weekend & Holidays per department guidelines.
Christiana Care - Wilmington Hospital in DE is looking to hire an experienced Registered Nurse (RN) for our 4W Medical Surgical Unit.
The Unit
4 West patient population includes a wide range of specialties such as general surgery, orthopedics, plastics, bariatric surgery, trauma, and medical patients requiring telemetry monitoring. Due to the diverse patient population and variety of specialties, there are many opportunities for nurses to learn new skills, expand clinical knowledge, and gain valuable experience in a fast-paced environment. The unit consists of a knowledgeable nursing team that consistently provides excellent, high-quality patient care in a supportive and positive atmosphere.

Education & Experience Requirements:
  • RN licensure or eligibility for licensure in the state of Delaware.
  • BSN required or commitment to obtaining a BSN within three years of hire date.
  • One year of nursing experience in an acute care setting is required.
  • BLS Certification is required.

Hourly Pay Range: $41.28 - $66.05
This pay rate/range represents ChristianaCare's good faith and reasonable estimate of compensation at the time of posting. The actual salary within this range offered to a successful candidate will depend on individual factors including without limitation skills, relevant experience, and qualifications as they relate to specific job requirements.
