Excelcare at Newark is seeking an experienced and compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) Supervisor to join our leadership team. In this role, you'll oversee nursing operations during your shift, mentor and support nursing staff, ensure regulatory compliance, and help create a positive, resident-centered care experience.

Schedule: Part-time | Every other weekend | 3:00 PM โ€“ 11:00 PM |

Registered Nurse (RN) Supervisor Responsibilities:

  • Provide leadership and clinical oversight to nursing staff during assigned shifts

  • Ensure high-quality resident care and compliance with all regulations and facility policies

  • Support, mentor, and coach nurses and nursing assistants

  • Oversee admissions, discharges, and resident transfers
