The Role

  • Onboard new customers and create custom workflows tailored to the needs of each office
  • Train new clinicians and dental teams to use the DentalMonitoring suite of solutions
  • Nurture existing customers so they maximize the benefits of the DentalMonitoring Artificial Intelligence technology and dashboard
  • Build strong relationships with customers so they continue to use, endorse, and advocate for the DentalMonitoring brand and products
  • Act as a technical bridge between customers and the DentalMonitoring platform
  • Support and attend local trade shows
  • Collaborate and communicate with regional sales managers, customer success, inside sales, and sales representatives to ensure the best onboarding experience
  • Influence doctors and staff to adopt new protocols while addressing any hesitations about adopting disruptive technology
  • Travel up to 35% overnight travel to train and support in-person office implementations ( Tennessee, Kentucky, and portions of West Virginia)
  • Serve as the regional lead for escalated implementation challenges with offices
  • Share best practices with fellow colleagues
  • Provide market surveillance insights to management and marketing teams


You will be successful in this role if

  • 5+ years of dental and orthodontic experience or equivalent degree
  • 3+ years of consultative experience
  • 2+ years amount of successful track record at Dental Monitoring (or equivalent experience)
  • A clear understanding of the conceptual/consultative selling approach
  • Consultative, training,and implementation experience
  • The ability to build and maintain positive mutual partnerships with internal and external customers
  • Enthusiastic, independent worker, critical thinker, excellent communication and time management skills
  • Native Speaker of the local language and good level of English
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Expert user of SalesForce


It would be fantastic if

  • Experience in a scale-up environment where you can demonstrate versatility and take initiative
  • Knowledge of Gmail (including Google Suite/Google Docs), CRM/Salesforce, Excel, and Apple Mac products
