Our practice is growing, and we are excited to add a new member to our team. We are currently seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented, and patient-focused Treatment Coordinator to support our dental office operations and help deliver an outstanding patient experience.
In this role, you will play a key part in coordinating patient care, managing treatment schedules, tracking dental appliances, and maintaining clear communication between patients, providers, and the office team. The ideal candidate is proactive, professional, and able to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment while ensuring patients feel informed and supported throughout their treatment journey

Job Description

* Greet and guide new patients through their orthodontic consultations.
* Present treatment plans clearly and professionally to patients and parents.
* Set-up and manage treatment contracts, financial arrangements and payment plans
* Discuss insurance benefits and help patients understand their coverage.
* Coordinate start appointments and maintain follow up communication with leads.

Salary Range

Full-time $25 - $30 per hour

- Competitive salary based on qualifications and experience.
