Job description

We are currently seeking to hire a Commercial Real Estate Agency Originations, Managing Director to join our team!ย Youย will be responsible for sourcing and originating Multifamily Agency loans.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement marketing strategy to source newย multifamily financing opportunities within the market based upon budgeted volume targets
  • Manage existing multifamily borrower relationships and generate repeat borrower business
  • Demonstrates knowledge ofย Agency Products when working with multifamily borrowersย 
  • Analyze and trackย results and trends regularlyย for business forecasting
  • Work collaboratively with underwriting partner
  • Minimum $200M in annual origination volume
  • Build and form new partnerships with potential new multifamily borrowersย 
  • Manages and reports on loan pipeline

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance or related field
  • At least 15 years of experience in Multifamily Agency originations
  • Strong knowledge of agency guidelines
  • Proven $100M+ annual volume history
  • Strong leadership qualities
  • Ability to work collaboratively with multiple stakeholders
