ResponsibilitiesThe Administrative Fellowship is a one-year management experience with the opportunity to apply graduate study principles in the practical work setting of a fully integrated health care delivery system. Northside fellows will gain experience by working in a variety of departments throughout System Service Lines and Physician Practice Management. Under the direction of the fellowship preceptor, fellows will support key initiatives and projects in each area. Fellows will participate in senior leadership team meetings and work as part of multi-disciplinary teams and independently to advance the strategic goals of Northside.
The Administrative Fellowship Program prepares fellows for health care administration leadership opportunities within the organization. Fellows will complete projects designed to strengthen administrative and leadership skills.
