To thrive as an Organizational Change Manager, you need a solid understanding of change management frameworks, project management skills, and often a relevant degree in business or human resources. Familiarity with tools like PROSCI, ADKAR, project management software, and change management certifications are highly valued. Exceptional communication, stakeholder engagement, and problem-solving abilities help drive successful change initiatives. Additionally, regularly soliciting feedback and being flexible in approach can ensure smoother transitions and stronger buy-in across the organization.

What is organizational change?
