Job description

Position Summary:

Chosen Devine LLC is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join our team and support individuals with developmental disabilities. The RBT will implement behavior intervention plans under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA), track progress, and help clients achieve meaningful life skills in a supportive environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide direct 1:1 or group behavior-analytic services to clients as prescribed by the BCBA.

  • Follow individualized behavior plans and treatment protocols.

  • Collect and record data on client behavior and skill acquisition during each session.

  • Implement behavior reduction and skill acquisition procedures as trained.

  • Communicate regularly with BCBA and other team members regarding client progress and challenges.

  • Attend staff meetings, training sessions, and supervision meetings as required.

  • Maintain strict confidentiality in compliance with HIPAA and organizational policies.

  • Uphold the values of Chosen Devine LLC by promoting dignity, respect, and inclusion for every client.

Qualifications:

  • Current certification as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) by the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB).

  • High School Diploma or GED (required); Associate or Bachelor’s Degree in a related field (preferred).

  • Experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities (preferred).

  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.

  • Ability to follow instructions, take feedback, and work independently under supervision.

  • Reliable transportation and willingness to travel to client locations if needed.

  • Must pass background screening and meet all state/federal compliance requirements.
