Were looking for a dynamic Evening Manager to oversee 2nd and 3rd shift operations at Mizner Place Resort. In this leadership role, youll ensure smooth nightly operations, support your team, and provide unforgettable guest experiences.

Location: 1775 Bonaventure Blvd, Weston, FL 33326

What Youll Do

  • Lead and support staff across Front Office, Housekeeping, Maintenance, and Laundry during evening/overnight shifts.

  • Handle guest check-ins, resolve concerns, and provide personalized service with a genuine smile.

  • Anticipate and address guest needssometimes before they even ask.

  • Coordinate VIP services and promote amenities, programs, and local events.

  • Perform safety checks and ensure compliance with company policies and standards.

  • Foster a respectful, positive, and professional work environment.

What Were Looking For

  • 35 years of hospitality management experience (timeshare or resort preferred).
