RAS LaVrar is a rapidly expanding creditorsโ€™ rights law firm servicing some of the largest financial institutions in the country. POSITION SUMMARY

The Analytics Division Lead at RAS LaVrar manages a team of Operations Analysts. The responsibilities of the Analytics Division include the maintenance of a large library of dashboards which serve to inform firm strategy, satisfy client expectations, and ensure compliance with laws and regulations. The Analytics Division also employs statistical techniques such as regression analysis to identify trends in the firmโ€™s inventory and predict consumer behavior. Operations Analysts are not expected to draft pleadings.

Responsibilities and Duties:

  • Division mentorship & support
    • Mentor team members and encourage career growth.
    • Coordinate meetings/facilitate knowledge transfers.
    • Ensure all team members have the resources they need.
  • Resource management
    • Develop a keen eye for individual strengths & weaknesses among team members.
    • Work with department leadership to assign tasks/projects to team members.
  • Accountability
    • Hold individuals and teams accountable for deadlines.
    • Enforce quality of work standards.
    • Review and approve all division output.
