The Corporate IT department is currently recruiting a Senior Business Systems Analyst – Order to Cash to serve as the functional expert responsible for the design, support, enhancement, and continuous improvement of JD Edwards solutions supporting sales, transportation, product inventory, and accounts receivable processes.

You’ll Do:

The Senior Business Systems Analyst –Order to Cash serves as the primary functional subject matter expert for JD Edwards EnterpriseOne supporting sales, pricing, customer master, inventory availability, transportation integration, shipping, invoicing, and accounts receivable processes. Reporting to the ERP Applications Manager – Order to Cash, this role is responsible for solution design, production support, continuous improvement, testing, and project delivery activities across the Order-to-Cash portfolio.

The Senior Business Systems Analyst –Order to Cash is the primary functional authority for JD Edwards Order-to-Cash solutions and provides expertise on system capabilities, configuration, process optimization, and operational effectiveness.

  • Serve as the lead functional expert for JD Edwards EnterpriseOne Order-to-Cash processes, including Sales Order Management, Advanced Pricing, Customer Master, Inventory Management, Transportation Integration, Shipping, Invoicing, and Accounts Receivable.
  • Provide expert recommendations regarding solution design, configuration, and process improvements while partnering with the ERP Applications Manager on prioritization, governance, and portfolio decisions.
  • Support business process standardization and enterprise initiatives across multiple operating divisions.

The Senior Business Systems Analyst –Order to Cash also leads functional solution design activities for enhancements, integrations, upgrades, and strategic initiatives across the Order-to-Cash application landscape.

  • Lead requirements analysis for complex business initiatives and translate business requirements into scalable functional designs aligned with enterprise architecture and supportability objectives.
  • Prepare functional specifications for enhancements, integrations, reports, orchestrations, and custom applications.
  • Identify and lead opportunities to simplify processes, leverage standard JDE functionality, and support modernization initiatives involving OTM, EDI, integrations, automation, and customer-facing solutions.
  • Provide subject matter expertise to support application roadmap planning and prioritization.

The Senior Business Systems Analyst –Order to Cash provides advanced production support and serves as the senior functional escalation point for complex issues impacting Order-to-Cash business processes and integrated systems.

  • Act as the senior escalation resource for complex JD Edwards production issues.
  • Perform root cause analysis and develop permanent corrective actions.
  • Troubleshoot cross-functional issues spanning customer orders, inventory, transportation, invoicing, and integration points.
  • Support critical month-end and quarter-end transaction processing activities.

The Senior Business Systems Analyst –Order to Cash ensures solutions are fully tested and production-ready prior to deployment.

  • Develop and execute testing strategies, including system integration testing and user acceptance testing, while ensuring solutions are production-ready and fully validated against business requirements

The Senior Business Systems Analyst –Order to Cash builds trusted partnerships with business and technology stakeholders and provides functional leadership, guidance, and mentorship across the Order-to-Cash application portfolio.

  • Lead workshops to identify business requirements and process improvements.
  • Provide expert guidance regarding JDE capabilities, limitations, and best practices.
  • Influence solution decisions through expertise and business process knowledge.
  • Mentor analysts and project team members supporting the O2C portfolio.

You have:

The successful candidate will bring extensive hands-on JD Edwards experience in complex manufacturing, distribution, or supply chain-intensive environments and is capable of independently diagnosing, designing, and implementing solutions across multiple functional domains. This is not an entry-level ERP role.

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration or a related field.
  • 8-10+ years of JD Edwards EnterpriseOne experience, including at least 5 years supporting Sales Order Management and Order-to-Cash processes in JD Edwards
  • Extensive functional, technical, and operational knowledge of JDE EnterpriseOne, including version 9.2, and Oracle Transportation Management
  • Demonstrated experience independently configuring, supporting, and enhancing JDE production environments and leading complex enhancements and implementations.
